“Our Follies”: A New Chance to Laugh at Our People’s Quirks
I am the creator of “Our Follies”, a comic panel focusing on the foibles and personality quirks of African Americans. It appears frequently in the Gary, Indiana weekly newspaper “The 411″. But for those of you who don’t live in Northwest Indiana, here are my latest “Follies” from the past two months. And you don’t have to be black to enjoy them–if you can watch “Everybody Hates Chris”, you can read my comic. So enjoy!
Looks like somebody needs a translator–or diction lessons.
Always listen to the teacher.
Like they couldn’t save them for next year?
Based on a true rumor.
And who doesn’t?
So much for reading being fundamental.
Looks like someone doesn’t want to bloom where he’s planted.
And those were my latest “Our Follies” cartoons. I hope you enjoyed them and got a chance to laugh at yourself–or someone else!
